HR Assistant


  • Diploma in HR or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resource
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of people
  • Basic knowledge of Labour law / Employment Act
  • Multi-tasking with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills


  • Assist with day to day operations of HR and Administration functions & details
  • Ensure all HR routine works such as updating staff leaves, records and filing are in order
  • To update job advertisement in IAMM website from time to time and as well as liaise with media agent for newspaper advertisement and recruitment agencies
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Assist in insurance matters including staff medical cards and staff medical claims
  • Purchase materials related to HR i.e. uniform, lanyards, card holder
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing related data
