The 7th edition of the National Calligraphy Competition will be held on 28th November 2020. This competition which is a collaboration with National Calligraphy Association (PSKK) is a platform for experienced and aspiring calligraphers to showcase their skills and craftsmanship on the national level. Manifestasi Perdana Seni Khat 2017 – Calligraphy Competition

Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia (IAMM), in cooperation with the National Calligraphy Association (Persatuan Seni Khat Kebangsaan), will be organising the sixth Manifestasi Perdana Seni Khat. This year, the category being contested is Traditional Art Calligraphy Spontaneous on Paper. The competition is divided into three age groups; Adult (18 years old and above), Teenager (13  to 17 years old) and Children (7 to 12 years old).

A Spiritual Journey: Islamic Culture & Heritage of South East Asia Photo Competition 2016/2017

IAMM is proud to present its first International Photography Competition that focuses on the Islamic Culture & Heritage in South East Asia. This competition will provide a great platform  for photographers around the world, whether professionals and amateurs, to explore the enchanting culture and heritage of Islam within Southeast Asia and to share their unique perspective on Islam, through their lenses.

Batu Seremban Challenge 2016

In conjunction with Malaysia Day 2016, Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia (IAMM) in collaboration with Gin & Jacqie will be organizing Batu Seremban Challenge, a chance to let your children experience playing the popular traditional game.

CIMB Islamic Junior Photography Competition 2015

In conjunction with this year’s edition of “Capture the Spirit of Ramadan” exhibition,  the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia (IAMM) in collaboration with CIMB Islamic Berhad are proud to present the “CIMB Islamic Junior Photography Competition”. This competition is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 10 to 18 years old. With a theme on the “Moments of Aidilfitri”, this competition is a platform for youth to explore the amazing world of photography and also the beauty of the celebrations of the holy month.

This competition is part of the educational programmes endorsed by CIMB Islamic Berhad  as  a mutual effort to enlighten the Malaysians to reunite during Ramadan and explore the beauty of the celebrations of the holy month through the photography lens.

The submission period wll be from 1st July 2015 to 9th August 2015. Grab your cameras and join the competition to win attractive prizes and experience the true meaning and the splendour of this holy month.
