The prayer manuscript, Kitab Dala’il al-Khayrat which was written by the revered Imam al-Jazuli of Morocco, is a composition of praises, prayers and salawat towards our beloved Prophet. It has become a practice of tradition for generations in Morocco, to recite the prayers every day according to each ahzab (sections) until it is complete. Various copies of Dala’il al-Khayrat that were also found in Malay Archipelago and its vicinities show that the prayer manuscript is widely used beyond its native land in Morocco.
Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia (IAMM) would like to invite you to a special talk on Imam Jazuli’s Dala’il al-Khayrat. Join IAMM curators sharing the history and content of the titular prayer manuscript. The details are as following :-
