Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma in Culinary Arts / Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • Skill(s): At least 3 year(s) experience in preparing Middle Eastern food
  • Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Male / female can apply

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen
  • To ensures that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet restaurant’s specification
  • Commitment to quality of the food, orderly and sanitized kitchen
  • Ability to work independently, weekend and Public Holiday
